When will new dates & rates be released?
Each of the operators announces the release of its details individually, however the announcement period is generally early summer. One or two will release them earlier, and others will wait a little longer, but the vast majority of dates & rates for next season will be announced by the end of June.
NB for season 2016/17: 2 operators have already released their dates & rates – get in touch and we’d be happy to share these with you.
Why wait until next season?
Waiting for the announcement of new dates & rates holds two big advantages. First of all, you’ll have your pick of the cabins and departure dates. Second, Swoop is often able to negotiate an early booking discount for its customers booking in the June-August period. In the past, these have included as much as a 20% reduction (although 10-15% is more common), or free air credit with which to discount your flights.
