What was your most memorable moment?
Hiking on the continent and seeing the Penguins, Seals, Whales, Glaciers and Icebergs. Kayaking, Camping. Mountaineering and going out on the Zodiaks were special as well.

Wonderful Zodiak excursions with great guides!
Tell us about the expedition team
The staff were all great, friendly and at times funny. They were all very knowledgeable.
Tell us about the Hondius
Very good but the kick of an elevator might make it difficult for some people going from floor 7 to 4 ,4 or 5 times a day.
Something Else?
Staff and guides sat with guests during meals and were friendly. The captain kept the bridge open most days and adjusted courses based on weather conditions.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Of you want to do the advanced mountaineering ensure your boots can be fitted with crampons.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It encourages me to travel to beautiful, exotic, difficult places.

If a trip is cancelled notify people ASAP. Be more responsive to post trip questions.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
We.were very prepared and excited but a little anxious about the Drake crossing.
