Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Zodiac cruises were awesome. The guides wanted to make sure we saw whatever we could. And always felt safe.
Tell us about the expedition team
Great and engaging. They wanted us to have a good time and worked with a lot of people and a lot of changing factors all the time. I would rather have them be more direct on what would work and what wouldn't instead of holding off disappointing us because the weather was bad. That made it worse when something didn't work out.

Cabin as expected. Food better than expected.
Something Else?
Such a great trip. There are a couple small areas that could be improved: Something to do in the evenings. After dinner was empty time. It would be nice to have a trivia, bingo, another lecture - something official and engaging for 30 minutes or so after dinner. Also - packing list could be improved. The photos were cute but there are things that could be better explained. Mountain boots weren't necessary unless you were ice climbing (like I did - amazing) and water shoes would have helped for the rocks in the polar plunge. Maybe the cute packing list and then a more detailed version.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Don't plan your trip or expectations around a particular activity. It's amazing and indescribable experience in the landscape.
