What was your most memorable moment?
I can’t answer this. I mean honestly. This trip was the trip of a lifetime and I’m already trying to find a way to get back someday. It’s life changing in some ways I already know…and some that I have yet to realize. I’m forever grateful for the experience under the safe guidance of Hannah and her incredible expedition crew. Simply the best.

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
I loved them and felt safe at all times. There was so much to see and do - from seeing icebergs to seals to penguins to birds.
Tell us about the expedition team
Leonie, Laura, Lori, Kalle, Hannah, Conny, Sé, Scottie, etc. Everyone plus the ones that I missed - they were the absolute best. Such passion day in and out with everything that they did. They seemed as excited as I was to see and do everything!
Tell us about the Seaventure
The Seaventure was good. My only ask was to have a vegan protein option at breakfast for food. Tomatoes and mushrooms only go so far (I didn’t eat the hash browns or oatmeal as they weren’t marked as vegan).

How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
I was very prepared, but you had to read all of the things (which everyone should do anyway!).

Book through Swoop and Polar Latitudes. They are awesome. And get to Antarctica as soon as you can.
