Tell us about Zodiac excursions
They were incredible and we got to see so much cruising and landing. The crew was very knowledgeable and also ensured we were safe at all times.
Tell us about the expedition team
The expedition team was amazing! They were so knowledgeable and approachable. Daria & Marlie we incredible kayak guides and made it the highlight of our trip. Lisa's knowledge of Polar Law was interesting and we loved the information she shared. Her and Thomas were also the best zodiac guides and showed us some amazing sights! Gui was a blast and made interactions with him so much fun.
Tell us about the Ocean Victory
We would choose this ship again. Our cabin steward Ping was great and very flexible. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Food was good but it would have been nice to have room service options throughout the day especially for days when people were stuck in their cabins with seasickness during the drake passage.
Tell us about the Camping
Camping was interesting but seemed to be more expensive than what we got. We would have liked more interaction with the guides while we were camping or some sort of activity before we went to "bed".
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Never ever EVER skip an excursion. No matter how tired you are, do it all!
