Tell us about Zodiac excursions
It allowed us to get even closer to the sites. The most memorable excursion was around Spelt Island.

The expedition team were first rate. They truly made the whole experience. I was very impressed with the variety of experts and they were all very enthusiastic and passionate about their respective fields.

Tell us about the Kayaking
The kayaking elevated the whole Antarctica experience by allowing me to view everything from water level. I took every opportunity to kayak and preferred it to the land explorations. The kayaking guides were top rate. I highly recommend the kayaking.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Take the time to determine the right size of ship for the experience you want as this is one of the most important factors in my opinion.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
I felt well prepared, despite my trepidation for the Drake Passage crossing.
