Tell us about the wildlife
Yes, the wildlife was pretty spectacular. We saw orcas, whales, birds, penguins, and seals. Photos turned out wonderful.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Pack light - no need to over pack. Sunscreen, UVA sunglasses or goggles, and moisturizer are essential. Note - Leaving from Ushuaia - the plugs are different that on the boat. Plancius is a small boat, be prepared for heavy rolling, and seasickness even in Drake Lake conditions. It is warmer than you think.

Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
The website and planner is pretty generic. I wish it was a little more customized for the ship and this trip. The information on the boots was terrible - we only needed to bring boots for the expert mountaineering, your website and information didn't say this, so we had planned on not mountaineering. The easy and intermediate didn't need boots.
