What was your most memorable moment?
The Sylvia Earle was a great ship. Very comfortable with all the latest amenities. My favorite stops were Cuverville Island and Neko Harbor.

Tell us about the expedition team
Fantastic team!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed them. I only attended a few lectures, but the penguin lecture was quite interesting.

Food was great!! Cabin fantastic and the ship was quite comfortable.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Swoop could do a better job setting expectations about possible delays that could arise due to weather AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Our trip was supposed to fly over the Drake and then sail back across the Drake. Due to bad weather, the flights were cancelled and we lost several days of time in the Antarctic Peninsula. I think people understand that weather can change dramatically in that part of the world, however, when we booked the cruise, there really was not any mention that flights could be delayed or cancelled due to weather. Quite a few customers voiced this frustration when it happened.
