What was your most memorable moment?
Honestly, every single thing about this trip was incredible. My husband and I travel a lot, but this was hands down the most incredible experience we've ever had. If I had to pick one thing, I would say kayaking was our favorite part. We really enjoyed being able to explore and see wildlife from a completely unique view.

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
We didn't do too many of these because we were kayaking most of the time, but the ones that we did attend were very enjoyable. We felt safe and got up and close to wild life! It was a wonderful experience!
Tell us about the expedition team
We cannot say enough about how incredible this expedition team was! Koen, Marco, Steffi, Elke, David, Eduardo, Michael - everyone was SO friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge. It was evident how much they loved what they did and their excitement and enthusiasm was palpable. Any time we needed something they were there to ensure all our questions were answered.
Tell us about the Plancius
The Plancius was an awesome ship! We would absolutely choose an expedition on this ship again. The crew (including housekeeping and kitchen/dining room staff) were amazing and incredibly personable. The dining room staff remembered ALL of our names in just one day - it was very impressive and obvious how much they loved working with us. The only thing we would recommend would be to allow for each cabin to have better control of their room temperature. It got real hot in our room and we would've loved to make it a little cooler. We are really reaching to find anything they need to improve on, everything else was literally perfect.
Tell us about the Camping
We would absolutely recommend camping! We are avid campers and have camped in all environments and climates; and this was unlike anything we've experienced. It was such a cool experience to dig our own mini igloos to keep the wind out. It was absolutely stunning being able to camp out in the wilderness with the gorgeous views on the bay and the mountains. Koen and Marco were the best camp guides!
Tell us about the Kayaking
Kayaking was the best part of our trip. David was an incredible kayak guide and brought us to really cool spots to paddle around all while ensuring our safety. We got to experience paddling next to whales, seals, and penguins!
