Zodiac excursions were great. Only way to see the nature and wildlife up close.
Tell us about the expedition team
The expedition team from Polar Latitudes was phenomenal! Highly knowledgeable, always in a great mood/friendly. You could tell that everyone loved their roles on the team. All of the lectures were informative. All the members were stand out, but a few that come to mind are our expedition leader Hannah L, Marty, Ben, Mattias, Therese, Johan, Nicole, Hannah J, Ruth and Randy.
Tell us about the Seaventure
It was a very nice ship. Roomy- never felt cramped in a space. Hotel staff did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable.

Overall great experience- would definitely recommend to others.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Do your research, pick a good company and expedition team- it makes all the difference.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It makes you put things in life into perspective- you realize what is more important in life.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Everyone was helpful. However, it would have been nice to get the actual recommendations/opinions about certain specific questions we had instead of always being referred to the links on the Swoop website.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
We felt prepared and definitely excited for Antarctica.
