What was your most memorable moment?
Almost impossible to say... probably the pod of orca attacking a humpback. All the wildlife viewing was spectacular though. Camping and sleeping essentially on the snow made me feel so distant from life, but more connected than ever!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Don't over pack. And you are at the mercy of the weather, so you must be prepared to take the daily activities as they come. Believe me though, you will have more than enough opportunities to live out the adventure!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I have been on my personal journey of discovering the important things in live and this trip helped concrete a few things. We are all such a tiny part of the this vast world and universe. It almost makes you feel like nothing, but this trip reminds you how difficult and precious life truly is.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
10 of 10 on both. But in actuality, I was not prepared at all for what my eyes would see.
