Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Colder and wetter than kayaking! Also louder. Liked kayaking better but happy to have those zodiacs and grateful to the crew that maintained them and got them into the water for us.

Safe, adventurous, they made every effort to get us on the water but chose locations carefully for safety and all skill levels. It was active but not overwhelming (easy pace) and super fun visually / experientially.

Just a great experience in a vast and beautiful wilderness. So grateful that it is being made accessible to regular people like me. Thank you.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Pack exactly as they say! Bring two of the basics - gloves, socks, eyewear, hat.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
The earth is waaaaay bigger than I ever comprehended. I’ve travelled a lot. But this trip showed vastness in a way that I’d never fully perceived.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Expedition team was top notch. Keep them doing what they do best! Getting us out there safely and in an enjoyable way.
