Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The only suggestion I have would be to give very clear step by step directions for navigating the Santiago airport, especially regarding directions for moving between terminals, handling luggage, clearing passport control, etc. It's really quite simple once you know the process and where to go but it can be quite confusing the first time and very few airport personnel seem to speak English. Fortunately, we had a long layover on our way to Punta Arenas so we were able to make our flight but if our connection had been shorter it would have been a problem. Eventually we found really nice directions on the Latam website but only after we had struggled a bit.
