Probably kayaking with a Humpback Whale amongst the ice, and setting foot on mainland Antarctica.

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
I felt safe, it's a fun way to get out and about. Seeing whales close up was extraordinary.
Tell us about the expedition team
They were wonderful. We were lucky to have Nat Geo photographer Martin Gregus on board and Jeff Litton was great too. My favourite talk was probably by the guest speaker Tara Sweeney about living in Antarctica working for 103 days and planning to go to the moon as an astronaut. They were all very good.
Tell us about the National Geographic Explorer
Love this boat! I trusted her. The Captain and crew were fantastic, friendly, professional. I enjoyed exploring the vessel and going up to the Bridge to see what I could learn. I had a lovely cabin, surprisingly all to myself and my cuddle penguin cabinmate (I had expected to be sharing so that was a nice surprise.) I loved everything about it. I would happily have stayed for a month.

Don't hesitate. Go! The packing list provided is all you need.

It's enhanced my love for this precious, fragile planet and given me a wider perspective. .

Thank you. (I think in hindsight I'd have used the patch for seasickness.)
