Tell us about Zodiac excursions
I enjoyed the Zodiac excursions but would have preferred to have had more landings instead of cruises. I felt safe at all times in the Zodiac and most of the guides (except one) we had were informative and knowledgeable.
Would you consider another trip to Antarctica with Swoop?
Yes
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Decide whether you would like to fly over or sail the Drake Passage, whether you would like to see Antarctica on helicopter, whether your prefer a bigger or smaller passenger ship
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Extremely prepared. The detailed packing list and webinar helped a lot, although the webinar could have been held much earlier than 2 days before the trip, in order to facilitate packing.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It has fulfilled my dream to experience the white continent
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The tipping guide given to me by Swoop was rather inaccurate and insufficient. Quark gave passengers a tipping guide that asked for quite a bit more than Swoop's guidance.
