- As a bilingual ship, announcements are made in English first, then German
- The ship doesn't have an open bridge policy, though there is usually the chance for a short tour at some point in your expedition

Onboard Communications & Facilities
The electrical supply aboard the ship is 220V, 50Hz. Electrical outlets are standard European two-pin plugs. Suites have 110V shavers. You may need a 220V/110V converter.
The ship has a Starlink WIFI connection. Internet access is included as part of your cruise fare. Please note that connectivity speed and access in Antarctica is variable and not well suited to high data usage.
The ship’s daily program is provided using their own app (accessed via an intranet connection). Guests will need to download this before embarkation as it will include vital information about your group’s daily disembarkation times for off-ship excursions as well as schedules for onboard activities.
