Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Don't bring a mug. Don't overpack. I used carry on and a daypack and it was more than adequate. Thanks to Swoop for advising us to have a couple of extra days traveling to Ushuaia. We would not have made it to in time without them.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It has increased my appreciation for what a wonderful world it is and how we need to fight harder to protect it.
