Staff were exceptional. Food was amazing. We would certainly choose the ship again. They offered washing promotions. One bag of washing was 39.00 and two bags was 70.00 (I think). Had we known this we would have taken much less clothing. You could stuff a lot of clothes into a bag so it was much cheaper to use the laundry service than expected.

Wi-Fi was available throughout the trip free of charge. Not sure this was offered due to some restrictions we had from covid
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Pack light. You will wear the same clothes for every zodiac outing. The ship is warm and comfortable. Definitely sign up for an activity - kayaking or otherwise. It was awesome to be part of another group on board the ship and we had a blast
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Not really. It enhanced what I already felt and worried about with regards climate change and the vulnerability of the world.

Stay as you are - you are doing an amazing job
