Tell us about Zodiac excursions
While observing some of the passengers, I noticed that more attention to "securely transferring the customer to and from" the zodiacs and making them feel comfortable in the transfer, and not focusing on speed of loading or unloading would be a improvement for the next expedition.
Tell us about the expedition team
All were friendly and knowledgeable. All had their specialty, but we did especially enjoy Jack Alscher "the Historian's" lectures regarding the Nordenskjold expedition.
Tell us about the Sylvia Earle
Very comfortable vessel. Meals were very good, except could have done without the "BarBQue" dinner.
