Alicia was freak at follow up for a problem I had regarding CPAP machine. Swoop needs to tighten up on documentation tracking. There were several errors that really not fully addressed. These involved medical documentation, and mix up on whose records belonged to who.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very well prepared.
