All one could ask for in an expedition ship.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Our initial user experience with Swoop was quite good, but it seemed to degrade in the two months before our trip. We were left to figure out much on our own as the guidance was late, confusing, or incomplete. Replies to questions often took over a week. We did not feel well supported during a very difficult time to travel to Chile and Antarctica. Thus, we would not recommend or use Swoop again unfortunately.
