MS ExpeditionWhat was your most memorable moment?
I don't know if I can pick a single moment. The entire trip was wonderful and the staff was great and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. We were able to get farther south of the circle than was anticipated from the beginning and we were able to accomplish all that was expected. There were of course changes in the schedule as Antarctic weather is always changing, but no real negative changes during our trip.

Tell us about the Sylvia Earle
It is a brand new ship that just set sail in November 2022 and we were their 3rd passenger cruise. The ship is very well designed and comfortable. The food was wonderful and fresh and the gym was nicer than a lot of hotels I have been to. I would highly recommend it and would have no hesitations about booking another adventure on this ship in the future.
Tell us about the expedition team
All of the staff were great to work with. Howard (the expedition leader) was great at organizing our trip and scheduling our landings as the weather changed. He also had some great stories to tell of his travels and adventures. Roger (Naturalists) was well versed in Antartic wildlife and shared great stories about his research time in Antarctica. Nina had a vast knowledge of the history and politics of Antarctica and the Antarctic treaty system. Ian (Naturalists) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great stories of his wildlife encounters from his years as a wildlife cinemaphotographer.
