Being able to step onto land!!! It felt surreal to see the world from this point of view. We felt so grateful for all the time and effort that the crew put in to ensure we respected the wildlife and experienced Antarctica

We saw whales (minke, orca, and humpback) seals (waddle, elephant) and penguins (gentoo and chinstrap).

YES! The drivers and crew were GREAT! Even with rough waters we felt safe and secure.

They were personable, knowledgeable, and dedicated. It was clear that they had a passion for what they did. This came through in their lectures, excursions, and conversations.

BEAUTIFUL SHIP!!!! I don’t know if I could go on another ship if it wasn’t the Magellan

Consider if weather happens, what is your contingency plan? Because this is a reality of Mother Nature and the Antarctic

Yes!!! Now I want to move to Antarctica and work on a ship
