Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Communications were a bit struggled. The line between swoop and polar latitudes was confusing. Polar latitudes website was confusing when it came to what to pack. Other passengers had travel agents that gave better info. Also Polar latitudes had dry bags and texting poles we could have used rather than bring my own.
