The staff and crew were outstanding. The food was incredibly good. The excursions and workshops were highly informative. We had amazing weather so things couldn't have been better
In one sentence, what did you think of Antarctica? Did it live up to your expectations?
It was truly an amazing experience that lived up to our expectations
Would you visit again?
Maybe
How was the service that Swoop provided?
The service and advice we received enabled us to choose the very best service that suited us as a family. The communicatin with staff prior was outstanding.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?
10 out of 10
You chose a/an Onto the Antarctic Ice experience. How was that experience?
We actually paid for the kayaking and truly felt privileged to enjoy this experience as so few do. We did also enjoy a couple of onshore which were highly organised and also very enjoyable.
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?
As mentioned previously the communication prior was outstanding and we felt well catered for with a cruise that suited our needs
How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
We kayakers so my comments about shore excursions are possibly not relevant. the shore excursions we did though were brilliant
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
The dual language experience was a little frustrating at times but we knew this may be The case and were prepared for it. The staff catered for both languages well but sometimes briefings took a long time because everything was repeated...no ones fault...just the way it had to be
