No complaints, they were great!
Tell us about the expedition team
The team was lovely for the most part. I really liked Dany, the marine biologist. His presentations were by far the most interesting. The hospitality group needs some improvement.
Tell us about the Ocean Adventurer
The cabin was MUCH smaller than expected. Including dimensions on the website would've been helpful. The food was really good, I was very surprised. No I would not choose this ship again. There are newer, larger boats for the same price.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
No need to take ski pants. Thin waterproof pants over fleece pants or leggings will work better.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
I feel like I was overprepared in some areas and underprepared in others. I definitely didn't need to take as much variety of clothing nor socks.
