Overall, how was your trip?
Trip was great but there are too many other places to explore. Wildlife cooperated! Staff and other guests were great. Accommodations and food were excellent

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Swoop was great but I didn’t anticipate the complete hand off to the ship's operator. It worked out fine but I didn’t expect it. Not sure if that was my lack or research or if it could have been communicated more clearly
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

You chose a/an experience. How was that experience?
Would highly recommend expires tour as it was the only option that fit our schedule and we don’t feel like we missed out
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?
Hotel dinner the day before and breakfast day of departure we’re unorganized. There was no silverware at breakfast and it took some time to track someone down
How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
Staff did a great job. Excursions were flexible so one could spend as much time as desired.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
It was much warmer than expected. We bought and brought too much gear but better safe than sorry, I guess.

Wish we had gotten an earlier flight out of Ushuaia because we were time constrained in this trip. Ended up spending a lot of time at the airport on the way home
