What was your most memorable moment?
Canoeing. Had such a great time canoeing with whales, getting so close they swam under us, finding seals lazing on icebers, and tons of penguins swimming and jumping, truly exceptional.

Tell us about the expedition team
All were so passionate about the Antarctic, it was infectious. Very knowledgable, super friendly and supportive, all keen to make our trip aboard Plancius as brilliant as it could be.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
The mountaineering trips are a little over-sold as difficult, they are more a 3 hour Glacier walk up some small slopes.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
More appreciation of just how important Antarctica is in Global warming, we cant let that ice melt!
