Tell us about Zodiac excursions
The zodiac cruises were fun and informative. I always felt safe with the expedition staff.
Tell us about the expedition team
They were rock stars. Our expedition leader was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed of conditions and why decisions were made. The expedition staff were so knowledgeable abd it was clear they cared about the subjects they were teaching and that we learned and understood the information
Tell us about the Magellan Explorer
The ship was great! It is a small ship and felt very intimate. My room was extremely comfortable and I was so glad to have a balcony. The food was tasty and the staff was excellent. I would definitely choose the ship again.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
I appreciated having a longer trip. It gave us a chance to really get to know the passengers, staff and to learn.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
100%. I have a stronger commitment to the environment and nature.

I was so well prepared with all the information Kate and Swoop sent me.
