What was your most memorable moment?
South Georgia and Falkland island was good but Antarctica it was just covered for the sake of showing us and it was totally different than the itinerary which was promised. You can look at the logs of ships to see where they took us in Antarctica. They just wasted 3 days and not showed us anything in Antarctica. Please look at the ship logs and I have sent email to Malva(Swoop resource) what ocean wide provided after trip and what ocean wide shared before trip. They did the same ship route back and forth and wasted 2 days to cover that in Antarctica that is something any person will say its blunder.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Yes , if you plan to go for Antarctica never combine the Antarctica with South Georgia, they will not show anything in Antarctica which they have mentioned in itinerary. Its better to take separate trip just for Antarctica.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Falkland island --- There is no need to get on to island city and waste 1 day to go around shopping its like pure tourism. We are on expedition trip and not went for shopping. If that's what I want to do I can travel in royal Carrabin cruise to Bahamas. South Georgia --- No complaints ANTARCTICA --- They not showed us anything to comment.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Yes, please ask the voyage to stick to the plan and not change during the trip.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
Yes, could have offered better service, I never felt like they have better customer service platform and options to share. I see many people did the same trip for lot lesser money for the same number of days and same itinerary , its just an example those cruise and ships was not even showing in your website.
