Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I know it was not controllable that employees leave, but when there was a change in office personnel, it would have been nice to have been informed instead of just having emails go unanswered.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
The last emails were highly informative. Yet arrived too late to act on. That info should be distributed significantly earlier in the process. Also, the website interface is a bit challenging, and recommending printing of vast amounts of paper from it was totally unnecessary and wasteful
