Don’t have the swoop reps tell us to print boarding passes NOBODY ever looked or even asked for them. Waste of time and paper.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Pack shorts and Tshirts I was hot more often than cold. And I read on another “site” to bring deck shoes; great advise, I wore them daily.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I’m a veterinarian with a biology degree, so I’ve studied and contributed to conservation my entire life. Great to see it in action.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I received less communication from the swoop team than I needed. I found out from others in our group about deadlines etc. too little, too late
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
At least monthly emails and reminders. Maybe it was because we were in a group, contacts went out to group, but I didn’t get them.
