What was your most memorable moment?
There were many! My most memorable would be kayaking and having a whale surface about 500 feet from us, and then dive back down with a whale tail in the air.

Tell us about the Kayaking
This was my first kayaking experience in an ocean. Our guides were very helpful, teaching the basics and making sure everyone was safe and having fun. They took us to amazing places around glaciers and wildlife.

Beautiful boat! Our cabin was very comfortable and there are great common spaces with views and comfortable seating. Food was very good and very plentiful!

Knowledgable drivers with skills to safely navigate the area as well as assist passengers on/off the zodiacs.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Choose Swoop and the Aurora! The length of the trip seemed just right for us and the sail there/fly back combination was perfect.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Just reinforced how amazing this planet is and how important it is that we take care of it.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Some website glitches in the beginning (we would upload documents but then get a request to send these documents through email). Some of the forms don't "save" correctly.

Well-prepared!
