What was your most memorable moment?
Seeing the penguins, seals, whales was the highlight of my trip. Seeing the biggest iceberg in the world was pretty awesome too.

Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Although not at all comfortable, I enjoyed the zodiac excursions. Was great to see up close the areas we were restricted from landing on.
Tell us about the expedition team
Hannah and her team were knowledgeable, engaging, patient and supportive of all guests. I particularly liked Jen, zodiac driver, she was awesome to get us to the whales. Danny gave great history talks. Scotty spotted the orcas! Just a very great group of people to help us have the best experiences.
Tell us about the Seaventure
Ship was great, our cabin was not as described. The size was ok but it had a tiny table with 2 uncomfortable chairs. The breakfasts were not good at all, however lunch and dinners were great. The casual lunch on fifth floor needs a better way to be served, we had to wait on line, sometimes for 20-30 minutes. All staff were courteous and knew our preferences within a day or two.
Tell us about Ushuaia
I don’t think 2 days are necessary in Ushuaia, really not much to do.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Definitely pick the smaller ships. Pack light. Enjoy every moment.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Made me want to do more to help with climate change in my daily routine.

I was prepared and super excited.
