Tell us about Zodiac excursions
These were great. Twice a day was the right number and the guides were very knowledgeable.
Tell us about the expedition team
The team was wonderful. I wish the first meeting, which was mandatory, was better prepared with slides or something that could have been reviewed in advance. There was info from the doctor that wasn’t well communicated but once understood was very helpful.

Everything was great but the public areas were too hot.

The city was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable but was too far from the city and didn’t offer transportation.
Tell us about Punta Arenas
One night was enough though I would have liked to explore areas outside the city.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
We never had bags weighed but glad we kept this to a minimum. Waterproof pants are a must, there isn’t enough time for things to dry out between expeditions. Plan on early wake up calls.
