What was your most memorable moment?
Wildlife - was able to participate in anything I wanted to do, at 78, but biggest downside is that the trip was otherwise very sedentary and difficult for someone of my age group to maintain my conditioning I work hard on. On board athletic area not practicable except in sheltered anchor.

If you have a celebrity or important passenger, like my Uncle, the founding manager of the Boston Museum of Science, cartographer, explorer, mapmaker and mountain photography who did such a trip at my age over twenty years ago, you should have a policy on how you respond to requests. Your customers might appreciate speakers other than your fine staff.
