Overall, how was your trip?

Highlight.....visiting Antarctica and landing on the peninsula. Landscapes dramatic and beutifuk. Wildlife plentiful and fabulous. People good company.

Dramatic, beautiful. Up to expectations.

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Swoop get 8 out of 10. Only let down by having to correct information that was supplied more than once. Nothing which caused any problem, but irritating and makes one question what else would they get wrong. Was promised a bottle of wine in my cabin for choosing Swoop....it never materialisd....disappointing.

How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?

Excellent landings....MS Expedition crew do their utmost to ge you to the beat places and to do so safely.

​How would you describe {vessel.title} if talking to somebody potentially interested in going to Antarctica, and what tips would you pass​ on?

MS Expedition was as expected as I have been on the ship before and chose it for its good standard.

Great.

If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?

Hotel given in Montevideo was a poor choice...Hotel Dazzler.....poor service on arrival. Single room had been booked and paid for but was allocated a shared room. Your reservations team need to be more accurate in client information.....not always accurate and had to be advised of this.
