They were great. We had an incredible once in a lifetime experience with a humpback whale.

They were knowledgeable, incredibly well read and enthusiastic. Lori, Janine, and Lisa are so intelligent and well spoken

We did not have this as it was cancelled, and I'm disappointed to say I have not heard from the Swoop representative about a refund.

Beautiful city, amazing architecture, friendly people. Great food, plenty of vegetarian and vegan food!

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I think just the overall communication from the rep to my group could have been better. Names were kind of all over the place for our group. Certain people received certain emails, even those who weren't the primary on certain account. Not everyone got all of the emails. I thought Cassia our first agent was incredible.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Mostly well prepared, I think swoop made it seem like they did more than they did for the ship. Swoop is essentially middlemen.
