Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Allow for extra days in South America to deal with airline issues/missed flights/connections/lost luggage, etc.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I suppose appreciate everything. Strangers let us borrow their clothing on the boat so we could continue with our outings.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I'd say the customer service ball was dropped in regards to getting the activities. It seems there was a lot of staff turnover and it just got missed from one person to the next.
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Great until the luggage was lost...
