What was your most memorable moment?
We were fortunate to have Loli (Lolly) as our Naturalist and Zodiac driver for an incredible encounter with Humbacks. She was super informative, and was as excited as we were to see them. She was helping out on the boat for a couple of weeks but also was a Swoop employee as well. She made sure that we (Craig and Candice) were also sorted out on our flights when we had a delay. Everyone on the boat wanted to have her as their driver because she was so fun and pleasant to be with.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Antarctica last..... Save the best for last.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes. I will be featured in an internal article for my work regarding Climate Change. I am going to use my lessons learned from the trip to highlight examples of when things go well (whale populations increasing), and where things are going bad (temperature change and its impact on the Antarctic.

How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very well prepared. There were several people in the group who were not. It was their own fault for not reading the material, and listening to what was being told.
