I had dreamt of visiting Antarctica for years and Swan Hellenic helped that come true.

I had dreamt of visiting Antarctica for years and Swan Hellenic helped that come true. There were so many great experiences, including the polar plunge, our daytime expeditions on the continent, and zodiac cruising. The staff went above and beyond in terms of caring for us passengers. So much so that by the end of the trip I felt not as if I was part of a cruise but a family! A special thanks to expedition leader Brandon for his regular evening briefings and planning all activities, pianist Dariusz for soothing evening entertainment, and Captain Tim Cashman and crew for our safe travel through the notorious Drake Passage. Another big thank you to Puneet and team for excellent management of the food & beverage outlets. And a huge token of appreciation to all the restaurant staff who served us delicious food: Arnold, Rhandie, Rasim, Rosel, Josyl, Dalibor, Vanera, Jeffery and others. I had an unforgettable time with Swan Hellenic and would recommend it to anybody looking for a cruise to Antarctica. You truly lived up to your motto by allowing us to “see what others don’t.” Finally, thank you to Nills, Anya, Darya and Jo for safe zodiac cruising. I may have forgotten some names- all staff on board deserves our biggest thanks. Those 12 full days that we spent in fellowship with you all will always be an unforgettable time. You left no room to complain on any thing. You guys even planned a trip to the national park when our return was disrupted by protests, something that you did not need to do given the situation was out of your control.
