Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Very much enjoyed them, they were an integral part of the whole thing - I would have been really disappointed if we had not been able to get off the boat as much as we did.
Tell us about the expedition team
Absolutely incredible. One of my favorite days was the flight delay when we got to hear about all of their projects and interests. They were so good at managing risk in a high-risk area but still bringing their own interests and personalities to the table.

It was great, honestly a lot fancier than I thought it would be.

How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Very. We live in the mountains and in a cold place and it wasn't all that different. The prep videos were helpful.
