What was your most memorable moment?
Snorkeling in frigid sea was so much fun! I wore 3 layers of thin thermal plus 4th layer of thick under-jacket given by Aurora; 4 layers of thin thermal/tight; 4 layers of medium thick winter socks. On top of these layers, put on the Dry Suit. Aurora also provided a fitting hood to keep our head dry, and thick gloves. The water does get into the gloves but you won’t feel cold. Snorkelers also enjoyed the best tour of the sea ice, ice bergs, and seals because the zodiac drivers assigned to snorkelers are skilled, fun and yet keep us safe. Penguins are so much fun to watch. I learnt so much about penguins and Antartica birds. Can’t get enough of them!
