Overall, how was your trip?

Highlight: Cuverville Island We liked the landscape and the wildlife a lot. Due to strong winds, quite some landings had to be cancelled (including the camping), but this was well explained and managed by the crew. The staff was very good.

In one sentence, what did you think of Antarctica? Did it live up to your expectations?

It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed it a lot.

- Everything very well organized. There are only two small things: 1) Our flights were changed due to the G20 in Buenos Aires and we ended up staying only one night at Arakur Hotel in Ushuaia (instead of two nights). We informed Swoop about it and you

You chose a/an Antarctic Peninsula Classic experience. How was that experience?

Yes, it was an awesome experience. We were among the youngest guests on the ship, which limited a little bit our social interaction, but that was nobody's fault. ;-)

You chose to do {category.title} on this voyage. How was that experience?

We had booked the camping option for our voyage. Due to weather conditions, the camping was cancelled and the staff on the MS Island Sky promised that we would get a full refund (2 x 125 USD for my wife and myself) through our travel agent. However, we have not heard back from you on this issue. Could you please double-check and initiate this process? Thanks!

If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?

Everything perfect except for the following: Our flights were changed due to the G20 in Buenos Aires and we ended up staying only one night at Arakur Hotel in Ushuaia (instead of two nights). We informed Swoop about it and you forwarded the information to the hotel. However, upon arrival at Arakur, they had cancelled our booking because we had not shown up the day before and it took them quite some time to get us another room. I guess this was their fault rather than yours, but perhaps it might be worthwhile to send them a reminder in the future.

How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?

Wonderful! Great landscape, wonderful guides!
