The ship service and efficiency were great. The staff were enthusiastic and always aimed to please with a great depth of knowledge. We especially enjoyed the snowshoeing/trekking and were glad that we signed up early. It made many of the excursions very special for us. Every day had a memorable landscape or wildlife experience.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
We were very pleased with SWOOP aside from the misunderstanding about the kayaking.The promenade cabin was perfect for us and I believe we received all the correct recommendations. I would definitely recommend to sign up for the snowshoing early. Very few of the waitlisted guests were able to join even one excursion. The fly cruise was the only way to go for us. We were seasick the first day and know we would have been miserable if we crossed the Drake by ship.
