Overall, how was your trip?
The ship's crew was the highlight of the trip for us, they were simply magnificent. While it was good to go and see Antarctica, once was enough for us there. The surprise was how desolate it was. Very austere and lonely.
In one sentence, what did you think of Antarctica? Did it live up to your expectations?
It was fabulous!

Everything was so good, I can't wait to plan another adventure. We will be using you for Patagonia just as soon as I get the money together. :)

You chose a/an experience. How was that experience?
It was fantastic. The expedition crew blew us away with how fabulous they were. The ship was even better than our small cruise to the Galapagos. Getting to dive into the ocean below the circle, memory for a lifetime. The ship service and food were WAY above expectation. Great experience.
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage. How did we do?
Every detail was wonderful. When Delta cancelled our flight and we had trouble, protours was there and ready to help, the driver on Rapa Nui stayed with us and then ferried us around, taking us back to the airport later. Santiago is amazing. I should have booked more time in Chile, no words to describe how much I'm in love with it. The tour operator came and got us at 4 am, above and beyond service. Everything was amazing, I wish swoop went all over the world, I'd use you exclusively! :)
How were your experiences on the zodiac excursions and shore landings?
It was cold, wet, and yet wonderful. The drivers are great about giving us time to photo things and helping us understand what we were seeing.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Go with swoop! They did everything perfectly.
