Needed small changes to cabins to make a big difference: more clothing hooks and more grab bars in the WC/shower room

Bring hiking poles if you are not extremely surefootedwalking on ice and snow

I was pleased with the support I received before the trip. But I think you should have had a dedicated agent in Ushuaia to help get travelers to the right place and times the day before and day of embarkation
How prepared and excited for Antarctica did you feel?
Excited and prepared as I had spent 12 days at Union glacier base camp and the south pike in 2021
