Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Make sure you get all that is being recommended for travel. But other things you can pack light. finally for older people take even over the shelf medication - Bengay, icyhot packs as at old age all the hikes etc can cause cramps, arthritis pain etc. so be prepared for those
