We would have no hesitation encouraging friend and family to go with oceanwide on the same expedition. Mike and Otto were helpful and knowledgeable about all different options
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The one negative thing about the booking was the room assignments. I had booked for 4 of us (2 rooms) and had been emailing regarding room sizes and who should go where. Despite assurances from swoop that they had checked with oceanwide I ended up in the (much) smaller room. I think that process should be revisited and some of the deck plans updated, they were very innacurate
