Hiking up the side of Neko bay and observing the frequency at which the glacier calved and let loose ice into the ocean while also watching the penguins scuttle around in their daily routines.

Tell us about the wildlife
It was astounding how much life was EVERYWHERE in Antarctica, not just a desolate snow drift.
Tell us about the Plancius
Great size vessel, it would have been a shame to be on a bigger vessel in which some people would be left on board during each landing.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Antarctica?
Depending on what you want to see on your voyage, make sure to plan the timing of the tourist season appropriately.

Not changed, just reinforced the need to protect Antarctica
